Use of high-performance plastics
Polyvinyliden fluoride (PVDF) and polypropylene nature (PP-N) have proven themselves with their high level of purity in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and semi-conductor industry for more than 20 years.
Because of their extremely smooth inner surfaces (roughness RA <0,5 µm - Ra<0,8 µm) and the water repelling lotus effect, the formation of bio-films is made more difficult. The pollution of the permeate is prevented.
As they are completely corrosion-free and since additives and softeners are not used, a longer service life with consistently exceptional quality throughout that period ca be ensured.

BCF® welding technology
The special bead and crevice free welding technology (BCF) allows for a smooth and homogenous connection free of impurities and without changes in materials
Through the fully automated control of the welding process a reproducible and documentable weld surface quality of Ra < 0,5 µm can be achieved without rework.

Fully automated hot water sanitization (Phoenix One+)
A hot water sanitization of the whole ring line and of the dialysis tube can be carried out fully automatically .
Intelligent water saving technology
Throug unique water-saving technology and throug the permant monitoring and the associated adjusment of operation parameters, water consumption can be below 250 litres of potable water for each dialysis.

Through the use of low pressure polyamide membranes energy savings of more than 25% can be achieved.
Resource-saving hot water sanitization (Phoenix One+)
The hot water sanitization system Phoenix One+ enables a resource-saving hot water sanitization depending on if the ring line systems is constructed as a tank system or as an instantaneous water heater system.

Security by prevention
On request all relevant system parameters for the water treatment system will be checked weekly. This ensures long-term a correct plant function and enables the timely planning of preventive service assignments.
Fully redundant pressure increasing pumps and manual emergency operation ensure continual permeate production until the system can be repaired in the case of a malfunction.
